Excellent research for the period! Very accessible! ( )

Excellent overview of Protestant Christianity in America, with a bit of how Judaism and Jewish people have interacted with America. Roman Catholicism is given a rough sketch, but not in detail. Native American religions sketched, but treated as though hardly existing in 21st century. Not much detail on Islam, Hinduism, or Buddhism in America today. Not a good book for detail, but a very readable overview. Indexed.
