In memoriam
MARIANNE FRY
A good friend and spritual person,
and co-founder of
the Gestalt Psychotherapy Training Institute (UK)

Marianne Fry was heard and sanctioned by junior colleagues with apparent bias on a code of ethics which did not even exist at the time. Whatever the rights and wrongs of her actions, this kind of process is considered a violation of natural justice. Her letter of resignation and announcement of death in the GPTI Newsletter are reprinted here as a profound food for thought and reflection on the theory and practice of ethics and complaints processes in our profession.
