This was brilliant. The perfect ending to the trilogy. A dark historical vampire tale but with a beautiful love story.
The writing is rich and vibrant.
The relationship between Edmund and Andrew is beautifully written but never forgets the dangerous nature of the creatures they are.
And the epilogue is perfect. ( )
