This was a good cosmic horror with a unique and interesting premise. I liked the way human emotions and survival instincts were portrayed. Would have been nice if there was more information about the connection between Remina the girl and Remina the planet. I wish this was fleshed out more and turned into a novel. I liked that the ending was left to one's own interpretation, but others may find it flat. A great example of Junji Ito's inspiration from HP Lovecraft. Remina is a story that tells a story of the end of the world through some unknown entity beyond the comprehension of mankind. We have no idea of the origin or purpose of the monstrous planet, Remina. What we can do, though, is appreciate a master of the genre at the peak of his skills. no reviews | add a review
