A fantastic book with 50 healthy easy to follow chicken based recipes.
Firstly the introduction is very interesting to know. However it is the informative health benefits of spices which is the fundamental point.
The book has been nicely chaptered between different styles of cuisines and you can see that there is a wide range to enjoy.
It's good to know that these wonderful mouth watering recipes are in fact beneficial to your health.
Some recipes even have a little note regarding the origin of that particular dish which gives this book a nice touch.
I would recommend this book highly. ( )

Not big on standing in the kitchen for long hours preparing meals - this book is the answer! Each of the recipes reads uncomplicated, and best of all the ones I did try (4 random) came out DELICIOUS! Love the additional comments and hints the author provides. with a little suggested creativity, one recipe can become multiple. Definitely a book for the cook who wants it simple and adventurous!
