A beautiful volume... I just love all of them, the Sohmas. And Tohru.

I HATE Akito, though. ( )

Things are moving along nicely. Hiro roused up my interest in Tohru's father, so I'm hoping we'll get some answers about that at some point. And Shigure sure seems to be having fun stirring things up with EVERYone. I actually quite liked the interlude story about Mayu, and it's interesting to see where the plot is going. ( )

Fruits Basket 10 is really taking on an atmosphere of growth and maturity. The topics are turning from pre-teen issues to older-adolescent issues and adulthood. Tohru has always been full-of-hope, but now members of the Sohma family are starting to really see hope as a possibility rather than a wistful dream. It's neat to see the gradual changes. ( )
