Oklahoma er blevet "købt" tilbage fra indianerne af USA's kongres og nybyggerne kan tage jorden i besiddelse efter et væddeløb om at komme først til den gode jord.
Vi følger nogle forskellige snydepelse - specielt en lille irriterende ved navn Coyote Will - og en enkelt, Dopey, der faktisk ender med at blive borgmester i den nye by, Boomville, men desværre kommer støvstormene og ødelægger byen. En insidiøs situation.

Ok tegneseriealbum med lidt historie om USA's regering og dens mishandling af indianerne - inklusiv Cherokee-, Chicksaw-, Chocktaw-, Creek- og Seminole-stammerne, der havde levet fredeligt side om side med de hvide i over 100 år. ( )
