This was such a sweet, heartwarming read. Hannah and Collin are such an adorable couple, and I loved watching the relationship play out. The pacing was pretty much perfect for me, as it wasn’t too rushed, but it wasn’t annoyingly slow either.

This book had me hooked from the start. If you’ve read any of my reviews, you probably know I’m a sucker for alternating chapters; I love reading from multiple character perspectives. I also love a light, yet emotional read, and this book met both of those expectations.

The book slightly touches on mental health as well, which I actually really liked; I love books that bring awareness to things that are important, whether it be mental health, abuse, or something similar.

The ending was completely unexpected. I absolutely didn't expect it to end where it did, leaving the book with a cliffhanger. This book is the perfect example of why I usually wait until a series has already ended before picking it up. I'll definitely keep my eye out for the second book next year, along with any other books Janey King releases.

Disclaimer: I received a free copy of this book via Janey King and Prism Book Tours. This did not influence my opinion in any way. ( )
