Il y a mille façons de se sentir hors la loi commune. La plus radicale façon de remettre en question la morale, l'ordre social admis, est toujours celle qui s'enracine dans la nuit du corps : l'hétéro-doxie sexuelle.
Mais ce roman est surtout une histoire d'amour, aussi simple et terrible que n'im¬porte quelle autre histoire d'amour. Un peu plus difficile, c'est tout.
