A guy's father forces him to train with a master of drunken kung fu.

I guess it's a comedy? I don't even know which parts are supposed to be funny, and which are just bad. The only aspect of the movie that isn't complete crap are the (very physically impressive) dance scenes. Sadly, they are not meant to be dance scenes. They are meant to be fight scenes. Action fail.
