Being a book of short stories some are better than others, but it has consistent laughs. I like a lot of them for their irreverence to typical horror narratives while retaining Rowley's playful naïveté.
Really eye opening and brutally honest. The title turned me off for years of seeing it on the bookstore shelf. Once I translated the f-bombs into something more precise and palatable for my taste, his point is well made with relevant examples and metaphors.
The is one of my favorites of the series. This is "spooky" stories but really, they mostly end positive. They are spooky from the perspective of a little, naive, awesome, friendly and kind kid. The stories make a chuckle inside. Its weird cause I have never been able to get my kids interested in Kinney's stories but I love them.
Gods. I nearly peed on my pants, reading this book. I am really scared to go to sleep. Brrr.(Shakes and shudders)
I was being sarcastic.

I don't know why but I am liking each book by Rowley lot less. Awesome friendly adventure and this not as good as the diary one. I just don't think I can go through one more book by Jeff Kinney and feel disappointed.
Even though Greg Heffley is a jerk, I do prefer his diary journal more than Rowley's.
These were so enjoyable

¡ten cuidado! Podrías acabar durmiendo con las luces encendidas.
Rowley Jeffersonek gonbita egiten dio irakurleari: linterna bat hartu, burusi azpian sartu, eta Rowleyren irudimenak sortutako mundu dibertigarrian barrena sartu. Zonbiak, banpiroak, fantasmak eta askoz ere gehiago agertuko zaizkio, kontakizun zinez izugarri bezain barregarri hauetan.
Ilea laztuko dizute Rowleyren historia izugarriok, eta barrea ere egingo duzu, baina kontuz, akaso argiak piztuta lo egin beharko duzu-eta!
