This book was originally produced by the Milwaukee RoadSleeping and Dining Car Department in June of 1960. It was the standard recipebook used by chefs on all of the dining cars of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul &Pacific Railroad. It is reproduced exactly as the original mimeographed pagesappeared. In addition to the recipes you will find cooking tips and platinginstructions. Some of these recipes might not meet today's culinary tastes, but theyare still interesting to read and even to try making a few!
