I disliked the first book in the series so much, I didn't even read this one. I tried reading a few pages here and there throughout the book, but it just didn't grab me. ( )

I really enjoy reading this series. This particular story took me a while to get into. The plot in the first book was very engaging and easier to follow. I am still missing bits that help to understand what role djinn have in the world of mundanes. Or are mundanes in the world of djinn?? ( )

Book description
