I enjoyed Succulent Women much more than this one. It was a quick read and I didn't feel as attached to the message. Quite positive, stream of consciousness, etc. ( )

I liked it but it duplicates stuff from the journal and playbook. Still, it's S.A.R.K. which means it's fun and uplifting, full of good ideas to bring play back into your life. ( )

Go, pick up a copy, or come borrow mine. This is more work of art than book, for all that it's almost entirely text. It's prose, but carries the feel of poetry. It probably isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I've been warmed by it. ( )

Provides tips and techniques on how to free your creative spirit. Good book for someone who thinks they have no creativity or for the person whose creativity is stuck. ( )

I first discovered the SARK books when I was a junior in high school. Ever since then I have been in love with them! They are great inspirational self-help books. The pages are in full color and completely uplifting. This book is no exception. ( )
