Less of a "how to" as the title implies, and more a collection of very loosely related short essays written at various times for his blog and now compiled into a book. Also a weirdly large amount of talking about Jordan Peterson. Every now and then there was a little nugget that made me stop and think, but overall did not feel cohesive enough to recommend. ( )

Why the difference? This is his collection of LinkedIn posts with a short intro and loosely organized into sections. As he states, he used his 12-Minute train journey to write and edit each post, so this represents 9 hours of writing.
As you can imagine, it’s just very high level and full of self-help tropes and advertising for Tim Ferris.
Might be a good book to keep in you bedroom, bathroom or desk and flip to a random page for inspiration. ( )
