I read this book when I was in elementary school, I guess it left a good impression on me since I could still remember it now that I'm an adult.

It wasn't bad, even though it is clearly ment for children. I would have given it four stars except for the character Brittany, who was insufferable. ( )

I was absolutely obsessed with this book series when I was a little girl, especially since I was obsessed with dolphins as well. Another great book for young readers to get into, there is a lot of learning in this book. Magical in many ways, I wanted to swim with dolphins even more after I read this. At the time I related so strongly to the main character, a strong and confident young girl about to set off on the biggest adventure of her life. ( )

Jody is sailing the ocean and really wants to see dolphins, but doesn't see any yet. I would recommend this book to people who like animals. ( )
