This is a good book with lots of great information. The issue I see though is that there is so much information. I'm fairly confident I'm an educated individual and reading this book had my head swimming. I was so lost and overwhelmed by all that's shared. That's not the fault of the writer, but I would suspect most women don't really know a lot about this topic so they're entering as beginners. This, I suspect, is a great resource for medical professionals and those who have studied the topic. But it is not one for someone who is seeking to really just start learning about this. ( )
