A boy's kindness to animals is repaid when they help him on his journey to find medicine for his ailing sister. Great book for students to learn bravery. K-3. Three brothers live alone with no parents. They live in the forest and are very in touch with nature and very respectful of the trees and animals that live near them. All of Chip's (one of the brothers) brothers in the story were actually animals and they helped him on his journey. This book has really cool pictures. It is fun seeing the little boy go through many obstacles with the help of many animal friends. You could have your students go around and tell if they have any siblings and this would be a great way to get to know them a little better. no reviews | add a review
