Written by two Victorian police officers for the 75th anniversary of the strike. I read it to mark the centenary of the strike in November 2023. The book includes a lot of different viewpoints and helps explain why the strike took place. However it often reads like a police report and while it gets the facts across it often lacks interest and gets confusing. One thing that is missing is a timeline, which would have helped. ( )
