Like all Julia Child cookbooks, all of the receipes are complicated and elaborate, and only some of them deserve the work. However, the Bombe aux Trois Chocolats found on page 102 is out of this world. It takes two days to make but is worth every minute. This receipe alone is worth the price of the book.
Roast Rack of Lamb, p.179. Pretty good.
