This book will tell you everything about the Holocaust. It made me feel like I was in the Holocaust. The book gave me every little detail. It will tell about the death marches, children in the Holocaust, and about the concentration camps. You could learn a lot about the Holocaust and what went on, in the death marches, concentration camps and ghettos. - Isabella, age 11

This book explores not only the history of the Jews but the progression of their evolution through the the Nazi Rule, The Ghettos, The Murder of the Victims, Clinging to Life, The End of the War, and The Aftermath. Each section has a good balance of original photographs, maps, and art to tell the story. Text is presented in short concise blocks that include first hand quotes and information collected from 56 countries and nearly 52,000 survivors. Uniquely packaged with a DVD that contains testimony clips from survivors. Excellent resource. Grade 6-8
