I would have loved being part of this program when I was a kid. Every time I see one of these in a thrift shop or wherever, I grab it. So far, this is the best. Seriously, these stories are aimed at motivated children (ages 11-12?) but they have a beauty and power that makes me, four decades older and thousands of books more experienced, want to read more by every author in here.
