I didn't find anything especially interesting or fresh about this book, but what I do like about this book is that It is very thorough in listing a pretty extensive variety of verbs in every tense possible. The organization of this book is very neat and clear, and there are example sentences that shows the verb being used correctly in each tense. There are also pictures, which seem meant to help further understanding; however, I don't find them very helpful or relevant. For a book that includes the words "action-packed" in the title , the book can be quickly boring to the reader, and has the feel of a textbook. Although I think it could be helpful to students as they are learning verb tense, I don't think that this book alone could do the trick, and a more imaginative book with the same subject matter could probably further understanding much better than this one.
