One Bite at a Time
Nourishing Recipes for Cancer Survivors and Their Friends
by Rebecca Katz
with Mat Edelson

This 160 page book is done with such artistry and compassion it was a complete pleasure to review. Not only did I feel loved and supported in my desire to get healthier, there was also a wonderful feeling of being understood. The recipes are easy to follow, but very fancy looking. The pictures of the tasty dishes were displayed in such a way it really made my mouth water just to look at them. I also realized that I have fallen totally in love with smoothies.

The author talks about the "power of yum" to awaken dejected spirits, and help to bring about that knowledge that it really is all gonna be ok. Even though this book is targeted toward those dealing with cancer I readily realized that the meals are so nutritious and yummy that anyone can benefit from them. I would recommend this tasty hug to anyone wanting to keep their taste buds saying yes to life. Thank you both for this nurturing and nourishing masterpiece.

Love & Light,

Riki Frahmann ( )
