It starts in the same way as it usually does, but when Noah calls out all of the common animals to get off the boat, he realizes that there are a lot more exotic animals that are on the boat. The rest of the book is a bunch of pages with gorgeous illustrations on it with odd animals from zebuses to aoudads. This book is a way for students to get familiar with endangered and exotic animals. I don't think that I would read this in a public classroom because of the biblical ties, but I think it is fun for the students to see the different names of the animals.
