As this book is 15 years old, it obviously doesn't deal with Lawrence v. Texas and a lot of other recent major developments in the law. Nevertheless, it's still useful as a starting point.

Even more out of date since I wrote the above (in 2005)! Marriage equality? Who'da thunk it?
