This is a great book because it manages to be entertaining and it introduces you to 50 different self-help authors and if you happen to like any of them, you can make a note and then take a deeper dive so this really helps because if you’re looking for a self-help book there’s so many books it’s almost impossible to decide where to start in with self-help. Author offers great insight into different books but unfortunately, a summary only offers the essence but not enough meat to help you internalize. Still a good book to have to get a quick recap. ( )
