Ovaj „Poljoprivredni kurs“ bio je održan za jednu grupu poljoprivrednika iz antropozofskog pokreta. Iz njega se razvio način obrađivanja koji je označen kao „biološko-dinamički“. Kurs pak ne daje jednostavno uputstva i recepte, koji se proizvoljno mogu koristiti, nego radije obrazuje početnu tačku za novu orijentaciju i za proširenje pogleda na spiritualne osnove poljoprivrede.
