I have found this to be a useful book to refer back to when trying to avoid getting back to bad habits. The chapter on procrastination is especially useful. The chapter on rewriting your life story offers an interesting exercise.using storytelling to rewrite your life. This is a book to go back too periodically if you find it useful the first time.
