Mr. Fraccaroli, has always held my respect as being the handbook maker with the hardihood to include both trials speed and the highest speed obtained under battle conditions, and the length of the main gun barrels . This effort has copious photographs, and very good ship histories. There is also an appendix with further informations about the weapons employed by this other "Royal Navy." ( )
