Wow what a mind blowing book and very thought provoking. There is so much to think about in this book that I’ve had to put it down many times just to digest it read a few other books on the same subject then come back to it. I’ve referred to it many times and will be thinking about this book and its contents when we have our next child….though it is an ongoing thing not only for the benefit of your child’s health but your own. This book was written by a pediatrician who found that the conventional wisdom in her field failed her with her own infant son. She responded by doing exhaustive research and writing this book. It's full of scholarship and science. It's more of a polemic than a how-to guide, but it is extremely interesting. ( )
