3-1/2 stars I liked this story of life long friends finally realizing they love each other. The story took place over about 2 days but that wasn't a problem because they had been best friends for 30 years. Most of the story revolved around finding out who had killed his former wife and why. This person was still around and was now threatening Hallie, the heroine. Interesting and well done. I liked the characterizations of both main characters. ( )
