Former Model Billie Phillips is trying to leave her modeling career behind and make a success in the business world of renovating houses and then sale them for profit which is known to most as flipping property. She is trying to get some tricks of the trade from the handsome Jason Wainwright who is a Real Estate Mogul and well known in the Chicago area along with being a ladies man with no attachments and no intentions of changing until he crosses the path of Billie Phillips and finds she is truly serious on making a business out of flipping property and a down to earth woman not that of a snobby beautiful model and using her status as a model to achieve what she has a passion to do as her next career after modeling with his help. Billie and Jason are each going about they normal lives but seem to be drawn to each other more and more each day and never verbalizing their strong attraction for each other and the passion seems to also be growing but will they ever see it and move towards it or continue to skate around this perfect passion that is building up around them. A quick and must read story by Ms Schuster for she has once again captured the true meaning of romance without all the glitz and glamour of the rich and famous but two ordinary people who made a success of their lives and still so down to earth. This story can stand alone but if you like connecting stories pick up a copy of Working Man which is the story of Nick and Dakota who is Billie's big sister and also featured in this story. You will not want to put this book down until you have read the last page. Bravo Ms Schuster can't wait for the next book. ( )
