grilled rub-down chicken with black bean and corn salsa, p.133, both parts very good and easy. They go well together, but are independent recipes.

Love her recipes! Warning though...quite a few of them are rather spicy, so I had to tone it down a bit. Always love learning new things through other cultures! ( )
