This is a neat book about a young girl who moves into a new house that was once owned by another family. This would be a great book to read to a child that may be moving or has recently moved. Many people can relate to this book because it is about a house that was once lived in and it has a history behind it. This book may also relate to students in a way to share memories of the house they live in. Even if the student was the first person to live in their house, the house still holds memories of their family. ( )
