Since the author's love of flowers equals her love of applique, she joyously tackled the challenge. The result is nearly three dozen beautiful applique blocks -- circle, cross, and heart-shaped wreaths, and pretty little flower baskets. Some are enhanced by simple embroidery. These patterns are suitable for any applique technique, including raw-edge fusible methods. The author provides several quilt settings, so the quilter can choose which blocks to make and drop them into the setting of her choice.
