Bear made friends with a caterpillar and caterpillar make himself a cocoon. Bear was always checking on caterpillar to see if he was okay. Then when he thought he wouldn’t see him again he was sad.

I thought this book was great on how it showed a little bear worry about its caterpillar friend and watched it evolve to a butterfly. It shows about true friendship and how change can be scary if you do not know what is happening and make you worry. It also shows that change can be good. This is a good book on showing students that a good friends loves you no matter what. It also shows that change and being different is good. ( )

an oh-so-cute book on the friendship between bear and caterpilar. Caterpillar sleeps through the seasons while bear worries about his friend. Simplistic pictures, but also very intriguing.
