It's Grandma's birthday, and Max wants to make her an icky, worm-infested cake. But Ruby says, "No, Max. We are going to make Grandma an angel surprise cake, with raspberry-fluff icing." Will Max let his bossy older sister keep him out of the kitchen? Or will they both become bunnies who bake?

Ruby and Max are getting ready to celebrate their Grandma's birthday. Max originally made a mud cake which Ruby tried to fix by baking her own cake for Grandma. She keeps sending Max back and forth to the store so that he stays out of her way while she finsihes the cake. Finally, Grandma has TWO CAKES; she has the cake Ruby baked for her and the "earthworm birthday cake" Max made for her. ( )

Max and Ruby are working on making a cake for their grandmas birthday. Max just can't seem to get things right. This is a great story about being helpful and following rules. ( )
