So . . . this book tormented me while I lived in the Inland Northwest. (Don't ask me how it wound up on my shelves in the first place). Now that I'm in SE Portland, boy is it nice to have a book that helps me make two good meals out of that 3lb package of frozen squid I couldn't resist bringing home. When you've got access to the ingriediants, this is the book!
