This is a very silly rhyming book about 4 dogs and a worm who help out their friends and community. It's also a Beginner Reader from the Cat in the Hat brand.

I think the kids would get a kick out of it, as far as the humor goes. And it could be used with beginner readers. ( )

I liked this book very much but noticed that the ear color on the pups change throughout the book. On the cover 3 pups have one blue and one red ear. Inside when AJ sings he has one green ear and one blue ear. A little later it shows Digger with a green ear and a blue ear. I am only 4 but noticed this.

First words
When you cannot tie your tie -
no matter how you try...
When your chopper will not fly -
and you feel you want to cry...
When your car begins to stream -
and you're just about to scream...
And your mower starts to stall -
when your grass is ten feet tall.
Who are you going to call?
