I found this story to be a bit slow at the start but I then became engrossed in the story. The battle scenes were quite good. However, I found the lack of strategic details about the reasons why a cruiser with its wings of sting fighters would be at a particular place odd. The war had been going on for centuries but there appeared to be no real sense of any change. It still is an interesting story about one small unit in a great war. ( )
