Pretty good book by Mr. MacDonald. I found the use of Scottish dialect hard to follow and at times the writing was a little pedantic but still an enjoyable read. ( )

"The Peasant Girl's Dream" originally published by George MacDonald in 1893. Edited by Michael R. Phillips and retitled in 1989.

Setting is in MacDonald's beloved Scotland, in the low highlands of the Grampian Mountains west of Aberdeen. A quiet story to be savord as it's influences and relationships and perspectives soak into your spirit. Michael Phillips ( )
