There is an inscription at the beginning of this large coffee-table book that is a quote from someone named Vivienne Westwood (who?) reading: "I don't believe in God, but when I see Laetitia, I'm tempted to change my mind." And, when I was in my late teens in the late 1990s, Laetitia Casta was a buxom bolt from the blue. Most models then, and still, are paper thin and waifish. Usually blonde, anorexic, flat-chested, and looking like they hate life and themselves, Casta is none of these. She smiles, she looks innocent, she has breasts and curves. My friend had an old Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition with her pictures, and the only really good-looking ones were the Latinas and Laetitia, but Laetitia had this down to earth edge to her. I don't know why. I even wrote a poem about her once. This book, if you can find it cheaply, is worth it because she is gorgeous. ( ) no reviews | add a review
