NCLA Review -High School Musical is a very popular movie and this book gives us a Christian insight into the movie. In each section it talks a little about the movie and then goes into the Christian point. It talks about having your head in the game. Troy had trouble concentrating on the basketball game when he was practicing for the musical. His team tried to tell him to forget about the singing and focus on the game. Both were important to Troy, but, the timing of the two was the problem. Much like our lives, when we are torn between secular things and our Christian life. Chooses are never easy, but, God is always there to help us through them. I have not seen High School Musical, but, I enjoyed this book. It made me think a lot about my relationship with God and all the things He does for me. Even though it is written for youth, I feel adults would benefit from it also. Ages 9-12. Rating: 3 —NP ( )
