Going to California with a distant, grumpy father was almost unbareable had it not been for the others in the caravan. Margie was a sweet sensitive girl that never had anything. She and Brad were not what I wanted for her, but that's the way the story goes! The blind boy and his girlfriend were perfect, and I loved the older woman, mother of the blind son. The little girl was written perfectly. ( )
