I know this was supposed to be read one page a day for a full year, but it really makes for great airplane reading. Lots of short little stories and thoughts that can be applies to modern life. I especially liked the bit about the saint who used to put her head in ovens and hang from windmills...apparently her lesson to us was that different is okay.
