For those interested at all in spirituality, nature, or any combination, this is a must-read. The Linns break the conducting a spirit quest into the basic steps, explaining each along the way while using myriad examples to illustrate. For those unclear on the realities, safety tips are provided to balance the sometimes seemingly miraculous results others find. The simplicity of the steps and sacredness of approach make this an excellent book for those interested. ( )
