OMG: What's NOT to ??

Normally I find chocolate cookbooks a tad bit overkill, but not this one... the first pages I opened to, I fell in ?: Chocolate coconut roulade, Chocolate Rum cups, Chocolate Liqueur truffles, Black Forest trifle, and Chocolate Lamington pound cake....

Large format book, semi-gloss pages, each & every recipe has a luscious drool inducing color photo. Recipe titles are in a nice large font, with a small blurb & serving amount below. Ingredients are directly below in a highlighted box in an easy to read font. Instructions are numbered (1, 2, 3...) are not only easy to read but easy to follow as well and include variations!

Contents include: Introduction; 5 recipe sections, & Index

Cakes include: Chocolate almond cake, Low-fat chocolate & pineapple cake, Chocolate orange cake, Apricot chocolate ring, Mocha layer cake, Dobos torte, Sacher Torte, Dark & white chocolate torte, White chocolate truffle cake, & Chocolate mango layer cake

Small Cakes & Cookies include: Chocolate boxes, Chocolate creme wraps, No bake chocolate squares, Chocolate fudge (cream cheese) brownies, Chocolate (cream filled) biscuits, Chocolate eclairs, Chocolate meringues, Chocolate coconut squares, Dutch macaroons, Chocolate caramel squares, & Viennese chocolate fingers

Hot Desserts include: Chocolate queen of puddings, Chocolate Eve's pudding w/ bitter chocolate sauce, Chocolate French toast, Chocolate fruit crumble, Poached pears w/ mascarpone chocolate sauce, Chocolate apple pie, Chocolate pear & almond flan, Hot chocolate souffle, & Chocolate zabaglione
