The story is very basic but it will allow the student to practice the material that relates to Christmas and the Winter months. ( )

I have a lot of respect for Henry's mom. In some ways I want to be her, with a big porch & yard & trees, and long dresses and bare feet - but I don't want a huge slobbery dog, thank you. ( )

This Henry and Mudge adventure focuses on a snowman building contest in their park. Henry, Mudge, and their father enter into the contest. There are so many other families and they all brought their dogs! While Mudge comically interacts with the other dogs, Henry and his dad build a creative snowman that looks like Henry's dad. When the judges come around, Henry and nervous. They end up getting 3rd place, most original snowman! ( )
