I think Mark Twain was a better 'live' performer. His writing can come across as archaic and even tiresome. An impersonator doing Twain's best material is much better! ( )

I purchased this book based solely on the fact that it contains Twain's essay "The Awful German Language." And the title of that piece says it all.
